UC58-in-1 folding utility cart

Carries 200 kg. Moves like one piece.

An 8-in-1 folding equipment cart. MIG-welded steel, architecture-grade matte black, and a full-payload test before it leaves our floor.

200 kgPayload, compact (440 lb)

8-in-1Configurations, no tools

81–135 cmBed, locked at every position

19 kgCart weight (41.8 lb)

Three UC5 joints up close: a caster stem in its socket with the locking nut, a handle hinge, and the telescoping bed joint

01Precision

Precision in every joint.

Every joint on the UC5 is made to close tolerances. The bed slides on close-fit tubes and locks in position. The handles pivot on deep-set hinges. The casters sit in machined sockets, secured with locking nuts, and track straight.

Load it, push it, corner it — the whole cart answers as one.

02Frame

Welded into one.

The frame is MIG-welded into a single structure, and every weld is inspected before the frame goes to the coating line. Every cut edge is finished smooth.

Where a part has to move, it turns on threaded hardware with locking nuts — set once, and it stays set.

03Finish

Architecture-grade powder coat. Matte black.

The UC5 is finished in the class of matte black powder coat used on outdoor architectural steel — railings and street furniture that stand in sun and rain for years. It’s cured as one hard skin across the frame.

It resists the scratches of cases sliding on and off, wipes clean of grime and grease, and holds its colour in the sun. Matte hides fingerprints, scuffs and the dust of a location day.

04Tested

Tested at 200 kg. Every cart.

Before it’s packed, every UC5 is assembled, loaded to its rated payload and rolled under that load on all four wheels. Every weld is inspected. Every wheel is spun. Every brake is set and released.

The first time you load it isn’t the first time it has carried 200 kg.

Proaim UC5

Eight configurations / Clip

07Configurations

Eight carts. One UC5.

A platform cart for the cases. A hand truck for the stack. A high stacker for the corridor. A flatbed for the long gear.

Fold an end or extend the bed — 81 to 135 cm, locked at every position — and the UC5 becomes the next cart in seconds, without a tool.

UC5 wheels: the 10-inch solid-rubber rear wheel on dirt, and the 8-inch front swivel caster with its step-on brake on gravel

08Wheels

Wheels that stay round.

Two 10" solid-rubber wheels at the rear carry the load. Two 8" swivel casters at the front steer it, and lock with a step on the brake. Air-free, so there’s nothing to inflate and nothing to puncture. They roll freely under a full bed, and the cart steers from either end.

And they hold their shape: load the cart, park it, leave it overnight — it rolls the same in the morning. Cables, thresholds, kerbs, gravel and grass, without stalling.

09Fold

Folds flat. Fits a trunk.

Step on the release bar and the handle folds flat. The UC5 slides into a hatchback, a trunk or the gap behind a van bulkhead, and lies flat and quiet on the drive.

Out of the box, the four wheels bolt on with the two spanners we include, and the cart is ready in minutes. The frame arrives assembled and already tested.

10Footprint

34 cm wide. 135 cm long.

Narrow enough to roll through a standard door without turning, along a corridor without scraping, into a lift without an argument.

Long enough, extended, for tripods, stands and long cases to lie flat.

11Strap points

Strap points where you need them.

Eyelets along the frame give bungees and ratchet straps somewhere to bite, so a tall or uneven load stays put over kerbs and ramps. The uprights double as a backstop for cases.

Straps and the UC5 Utility Shelf are available separately.
